Do we need to fill in the CS1A form for a change of Directors, even though it has been registered with CIPC, as there are 2 Bodies Corporate governed by the HOA?

If there is a change in the Scheme Executives (including but not limited to Trustees and Directors) of a Community Scheme, Form CS1A must be completed.
